Guava Powder
Guava is a tropical fruit, cultivated mainly in the Asian countries. It is quite similar in shape to pear and has a rind that is green in color and changes to yellow when it becomes over-ripe. Inside the rind, which is consumed along with the fruit and not peeled, there is flesh that is either white or pinkish/reddish in color.
Guava’s dietary fibre does more than prevent constipation. It lowers cholesterol levels and binds toxic residues and cancer-causing chemicals in the colon. In this way, guava may help us to maintain a healthy colon.
Isolated Soy Protein
Isolated soy protein is generally regarded as the storage protein held in discrete particles called protein bodies which are estimated to contain at least 60-70% of the total soybean protein.
Soy protein helps lower total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein (LDL, bad cholesterol), and triglycerides. The FDA has confirmed that foods containing soy protein may reduce the risk of coronary heart disease. It contributes calcium and magnesium to the diet and help to reduce the risk of constipation.
Fructose
Fructose is produced by allowing the fructose to crystallize from a fructose-enriched corn syrup. The term "crystalline fructose" is listed in the ingredient statements of foods and beverages using this corn sweetener. It is the sweetest naturally occurring sugar found in fruits, berries and honey. It has four calories per gram, the same as sucrose (table sugar).
The natural sweetness of fructose helps in keeping blood sugar levels regulated. However, in a food or beverage served hot, fructose sweetness will be similar to sugar. Fructose is unbleached.
Fructooligosaccharide is a natural nutrient sweetener refined from the starch of the "Gold Maize" produced on the alluvial plain of the Yellow River Delta through enzymatic hydrolysis.
It is a prebiotics and also known as Isomaltooligosaccharides. Prebiotics favour the growth of probiotic bacteria in the gut over harmful ones. Probiotic bacteria are live beneficial bacteria such as bifidobacteria and lactobacillus. Bifidobacteria has been proven to help in modulate the gut microflora and improve the intestinal microbial balance. Besides, oligosaccharide also serves as a natural soluble fiber which promotes digestive regularity.
Oat Fibre
Oats, known scientifically as Avena sativa, are a hardy cereal grain able to withstand poor soil conditions in which other crops are unable to thrive. Oats part of their distinctive flavor from the roasting process that they undergo after being harvested and cleaned. Although oats are then hulled, this process does not strip away their bran and germ allowing them to retain a concentrated source of their fiber and nutrients.
The benefits of Oat fibre can lower cholesterol; helps prevent heart disease, stabilize blood sugar and enhance immune response to infection.
Psyllium Husk (98% Fibre)
Psyllium seed husks, also known as ispaghula or simply as psyllium, are portions of the seeds of the plant Plantago or Plantago ovata., native to India. Psyllium seed husk is a dietary fiber from Plantago ovata that increases stool weight and promotes laxation by its presence in stool and by increasing the moisture content of stool.
It may help with weight loss control healthy cholesterol and blood lipid levels. This heavy dose of dietary fiber makes psyllium husk the choice of many who manufacture dietary fiber supplements and powders like Metamucil. Although most associate psyllium husk with improving digestion, clinical studies on isphagula have also shown that it is beneficial in lowering blood cholesterol.
Citric Acid
Citric acid is a weak organic acid found in citrus fruits. It is a natural preservative and is also used to add an acidic (sour) taste to foods and soft drinks. In biochemistry, it is important as an intermediate in the citric acid cycle and therefore occurs in the metabolism of almost all living things. Citric acid origin country is from USA.
Citric acid also serves as an environmentally benign cleaning agent and acts as an antioxidant. Citrates make excellent buffers for controlling the pH of acidic solutions. It contains of Vitamin C and helps to reduce cholesterol.
Guar GumGuar gum is a polysacharide (a long chain made of sugars) made of the sugars galactose and mannose. Some other familiar polysacharides are starch and cellulose, which are made of long chains of the sugar glucose. Guar gum comes from the endosperm of the seed of the legume plant Cyamopsis tetragonolobus. Cyamopsis tetragonolobus is an annual plant, grown in arid regions of India as a food crop for animals.
Guar gum has been shown to help lower serum cholesterol. Too much cholesterol can lead to heart disease and other health problems, so it's important to keep it at a healthy level. Guar gum used as a supplement is also a great source of soluble fiber. If you have irritable bowel syndrome or another digestive disorder, it's important to have a good level of soluble fiber in your diet to alleviate symptoms and keep your digestive tract in good, healthy working order.
Aloe Vera Extract

Green Tea Extract
Green tea is a type of tea made solely with the leaves of Camellia sinensis. It has undergone minimal oxidation during processing. It is originated from China and has become associated with many cultures in Asia from Japan to the Middle East.
Recently, many scientific studies have proved that green tea is rich in catechin polyphenols, particularly epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), which is a powerful antioxidant. It helps to inhibit the growth of cancer cells and prevent abnormal formation of blood clots. Hence, this leading to lowering risk of cancer and heart diseases. Besides, it is also effective in lowering LDL cholesterol level. Moreover, it promotes fat oxidation; in order words, it helps to burn excess fat in the body.
Blueberry Extract
Blueberries are native to North America where they grow throughout the woods and mountainous regions in the United States and Canada. They are rich in phytonutrient. These fruits contain significant amounts of anthocyanadins, antioxidant compounds that give blue, purple and red colors to fruits and vegetables. In addition, blueberries also contain ellagic acid, another phytochemical that has been shown to prevent cell damage. Blueberries are a very good source of vitamin C, manganese, and both soluble and insoluble fiber like pectin. They are also a good source of vitamin E.
